Important: Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once work has been completed and delivered. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Refund Policy
Our services involve custom design work, professional expertise, and time-intensive deliverables. As such, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both clients and our business while protecting the value of completed work.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Full Refunds
Full refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Before Work Commences: If you cancel your project before any work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund of any deposit or payment made.
- Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within a reasonable timeframe and cannot resolve the issue, a full refund will be issued.
- Material Breach: If we materially breach our agreement and cannot remedy the breach, you may be entitled to a full refund.
2.2 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Cancellation After Work Begins: If you cancel after work has commenced, you will be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- Project Scope Reduction: If you reduce the project scope after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued for the unused portion, minus any non-refundable expenses.
- Delayed Delivery: If delivery is significantly delayed due to our fault (beyond reasonable circumstances), a partial refund may be considered based on the extent of the delay.
2.3 No Refunds
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Completed and Delivered Work: Once deliverables have been completed and delivered to you, no refunds will be issued, except in cases of material breach or non-delivery.
- Client-Requested Changes: Additional fees for change requests or revisions are non-refundable once work on those changes has begun.
- Client Delays: Delays caused by the client (e.g., late provision of information, delayed approvals) do not qualify for refunds.
- Dissatisfaction with Design: If you are dissatisfied with the design but the work meets the agreed specifications and professional standards, refunds are not available. However, we will work with you to make reasonable revisions as per our revision policy.
- Regulatory Approval Issues: If your project is not approved by local authorities due to regulations, codes, or zoning issues (unless we guaranteed approval), refunds are not available. It is the client's responsibility to verify local requirements.
- Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after work has begun, standard cancellation terms apply (partial refund for work not completed).
3. Cancellation Process
3.1 How to Cancel
To cancel a project, you must:
- Submit a written cancellation request via email to info@oconstr.com
- Include your project reference number or order details
- State the reason for cancellation
Cancellation requests are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
3.2 Cancellation Timeline
- Within 24 Hours: Full refund if no work has commenced
- After 24 Hours: Refund amount depends on work completed
- After Delivery: No refunds available (except for material breach cases)
4. Refund Processing
4.1 Processing Time
Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 10-14 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
4.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements may be made at our discretion.
5. Disputes and Resolution
If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has been denied, please:

- Provide documentation supporting your refund request
- Allow us 5-7 business days to review and respond

6. Special Circumstances
6.1 Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, etc.) that prevent us from completing work, we will work with clients to either:
- Complete the work when circumstances permit
- Issue appropriate refunds for work not completed
6.2 Quality Issues
If deliverables do not meet the agreed specifications or professional standards, we will:
- First attempt to correct the issues at no additional cost
- If correction is not possible, consider a partial or full refund based on the circumstances
7. Revision Policy vs. Refunds
Before requesting a refund due to dissatisfaction, please note that:
- Most projects include a revision policy that allows for reasonable changes
- We prefer to resolve issues through revisions rather than refunds
- Refunds are not available simply because you want different design choices if the work meets specifications
Please review your project agreement for specific revision terms.
8. Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are typically non-refundable:
- Rush order fees (if work has begun)
- Third-party service fees (surveys, permits, etc.)
- Administrative fees (if specified in your agreement)
- Expenses already incurred on your behalf
