Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the deliverables for your specific project. O & CO Constr retains ownership of the underlying design concepts and intellectual property. Our services focus on design and documentation. We provide construction-ready plans and documents, but we do not typically provide on-site construction supervision or project management services. However, we can provide consultation services if needed. Please discuss your requirements with us.
Refunds & Cancellations
Yes, you can cancel your project. Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel:
- Before work begins: Full refund of deposit
- After work begins: Payment for work completed, remainder refunded
- After delivery: No refunds (except in cases of material breach)
